• your work history (including employers, dates, titles, duties and responsibilities,  An old resume helps from a standpoint of past work history. The more you can provide me the better.

• From the job responsibilities you list above, what resulted from performing those responsibilities?

• A list of your career accomplishments - a least 3 or more would be helpful

• your education,  training and/or professional development courses

• software/hardware knowledge

• special industry/occupation knowledge, skills or expertise

• community involvement if relevant

• anything else pertinent to your occupation such as: licenses, certifications, associations, etc.

When you are ready to get started, call me to schedule a phone appointment. It will take approximately 45 +/- minutes for us to go through the information and ensure I understand your occupation, as well as the work you've done and your accomplishments from it. In addition to reviewing your experience, be prepared to discuss your direction for using the resume and your job search strategy once you have the completed resume in your hands.  

I will advise you at that time how long before I have a draft for your review or a final copy completed.  Generally, depending on scheduling, it can take approximately 2-5 business days. Rush fees apply for weekend work.

Your proof copy is a ready-to-roll resume, and it's your chance to review it and make sure you can stand behind it as the final version. Any changes are generally minor and are made prior to final delivery. Final delivery includes an electronic version as an attachment as well as a text file for use online.  Up to50 copies on white Classic Linen paper can be made available for an additional charge by special request and shipped via USPS Priority Mail for an additional $10.  For any overnight shipping requests, fees will be charged accordingly.

The cost for your resume is based on your occupational level and the direction you are pursuing and is dependent on whether your resume is being polished or composed from scratch.  In the past resume charges have run from $95 for a basic polish/reformatting to as high as $395 for full composition.  This is merely a guideline. The price will be dependent on whether your resume is being polished or written from scratch and the price quoted includes the cost of all phone call(s) (USA only), time spent in preparing the resume through  final delivery.  

Resumes are kept on file for future updates.  Updates of resumes on file are available at a nominal charge and are generally done via phone, fax or email. No appointment is necessary for an update, and updates from previous clients take priority but are still part of the scheduling process.

Cover Letters are separate and offered at an additional charge.   

Interview Tips and Techniques - both basic and behavior as well as salary negotiation sessions are available and charged based on my hourly rate.  Generally these meetings can be covered in 1-2(hour) sessions.  A list of questions and salary chart will be provided prior to such session. 

Coaching is available on a monthly basis rather than by the hour with regularly scheduled appointments/follow up, and a more cost effective pricing schedule.
