"Change
is constant, all else revolves around it." The Author of Facing Changes In Employment and How To Live and Work Your Passion, Rosemary is listed in Who’s Who of American Women as well as Who’s Who in the World. Rosemary, a career coach turned highly creative, is passionate about teaching others and expanding one's creativity. She is most inspired spending time either in the mountains or at the ocean. Throughout her career (including corporate positions and her own business), her zest for living outside the lines has lead her to being creative, colorful and sometimes outrageous. She is an advocate of daily journaling and is a guide for finding balance and passion in our chaotic world. An entrepreneur for over 15 years, Rosemary has consulted with both individual and corporate clients on topics of career transition, career change and entrepreneurship. “Helping people transition from Corporate America into their own business is something I’ve been doing for a long time even though most people identify me with effective job search techniques," says Rosemary. She is very comfortable working with clients making career changes or taking their business to new heights, and she effectively works with clients worldwide, via phone, fax and email. It all started when Rosemary began making her own career changes in 1991 and launched Blue Spruce Publishing, headquartered in Denver, CO. As a writer, publisher and consultant, Rosemary specialized in career transition coaching - coaching executives and managers in career change and entrepreneurship. Rosemary offered numerous group workshops on topics ranging from business, marketing, networking, career transition, entrepreneurship, life balance, resume writing, journaling and more. She spent over six years working as an outplacement consultant with a major international outplacement firm in conjunction with her own private career coaching business. In the mid 1990s, the Internet started to take off and Monster.com was just getting started. To keep pace in cyberspace, by 1996, Rosemary founded and continues to manage today, the website: www.careeradvice.com. Rosemary is the Editor of Career StrataGems!, a free online newsletter for professionals in career transition and Journaling Gems! located on her personal website. Besides authoring two books, Rosemary has written a variety of business and career articles, published in a number of national magazines and newspapers, and continues to be called upon by many who are looking for career advice. Prior to 1990, Rosemary spent 20 years working in Corporate America - hiring, managing and training individuals. She has worked for such companies as Integrated Resources, The Coach Store, Prudential Insurance and Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corporation. Beginning in 1980, she spent 10 years in the financial services industry, holding a NASD Series 7 License and aspired to Director of Investor Relations for a Denver-based brokerage firm. Today, Rosemary enjoys the challenges of creativity, journaling and self-discovery in all aspects of life. She paints using acrylic medium (see Art Gallery) and sports around with personalized license plates that say "Journal." And, she continues to coach clients in business, career and life using creativity. She sponsors www.careeradvice.com for career and business challenges and also sponsors her namesake www.RosemaryAugustine.com for creative souls. A native of Southern New Jersey, Rosemary spent most of her adult life living in Colorado and returned to the NJ/PA area in 2001. Although Rosemary is the owner of Blue Spruce Publishing, headquartered in Denver, CO, she visits Colorado frequently. Rosemary spends her time working and traveling - creatively - and makes her home in Berwyn, PA. She can be reached at 610.647.8863. About
